Quob Park’s outdoor wellness area brings cold therapy to life with a sensory-rich design that balances rustic charm and botanical beauty. Two standout features – a traditional ice plunge barrel and a rustic cold deluge bucket shower – are set against a lush living wall filled with cascading wisteria, ferns, and seasonal flowers.

Guests emerge from the warmth of the sauna or steam room to be instantly refreshed – either by plunging into a barrel of icy water or pulling the chain of the overhead bucket shower to release a cascade of cold water.
