Lower Mill Estate is an award winning community of sustainable holiday homes set in a private, fully managed, 550-acre reserve in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Butterscotch Design was tasked with upgrading the existing pool building to provide the guests with new luxurious spa facilities and changing areas. The concept was driven by a sense of place; the beautiful Cotswold lakes providing a perfect natural influence for the design. We were also commissioned to provide a landscape concept with a new terrace and facilities for families.
