LOWER MILL ECO HOUSE

Lower Mill Estate, Cotsworlds

As part of the award winning Cotsworld community, an eco-floating house concept was developed which connects the natural surroundings ever closer to the residents to create a unique waterside experience.

The concept involved creating a house which is fully integrated with its surroundings. You can literally canoe up to your floating deck at the rear of the house.

This concept has now been implemented into a more compact singular wing design as part of the water garden house type.
